This conference, now in its 24th year, attracts nearly 300 attendees seeking to gain knowledge about GIS trends, products and services. We believe your company will benefit by being visible to hundreds of local prospective and current clients attending the conference.
You will be highly visible! We have integrated the layout of the vendor booths into the venue where the keynote, meals, coffee breaks, and late Wednesday afternoon vendor social will be held. This layout will maximize the contact between attendees and our vendors. The vendor social will feature complimentary appetizers and a cocktail bar.
There will be an exhibitor technology track as part of the presentations. We strongly encourage you to sign up to give a presentation as part of our technology track. The technology track is ideal for sharing news about your products and services. 30, 45 and 60 minute slots are available May 20 and 21 on a first come, first served basis after vendor space payment arrangements have been made. 3. Community Booth (NEW!)
$150The intent of the community booth is to offer regional geospatial artists and retailers a venue to show case their talents and product offerings. Booth Space is limited and based on a first come, first served basis. Vendor must be approved by conference committee.

Includes logo and company description in the conference program, logo on conference website and poster board recognition at the break.
Additional Vendor Opportunities?
The Vendor Social is 5:30 PM- 8:00 PM Tuesday May 20th. This is an opportunity to outreach directly to attendees. There will be a raffle so If you would like to donate prizes and hear your company shout out please email vendor coordinator with prize description.
Vendor Area Layout
Vendors will be in the same ballroom as the dining hall, Keynote, and breaks. Booth location preferences are on a first come, first served basis and have to be confirmed by Vendor Coordinator.
