The state agencies and GIS community have worked hard to pull together a meaningful program that highlights the uses of GIS technology and the value it provides to state government.

- There will be 26 formal presentations focusing on the use of the technology in: transportation, environment, marine, geology, community and cartography.
· Posters will be available for viewing throughout the day and activities like geocaching and Where in Washington to keep both young and old engaged.
